Alexis Mawko

Alexis helps clients navigate a wide range of family law matters, from cohabitation agreements and negotiated settlements, to court proceedings involving parenting, support, and property division. She regularly appears before both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia, representing clients through every stage of litigation, including interim applications and trials.

Alexis takes a practical and compassionate approach to her practice. She works closely with clients to understand their priorities and gives clear, straightforward advice to help them make informed decisions. She favours realistic sustainable resolutions and brings the same rigour and determination to the courtroom when litigation becomes necessary.

Outside the office, Alexis enjoys sewing and crafting, spin classes, and exploring the Okanagan through biking and paddleboarding.
